Privacy Policy 🔒

Last updated: September 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected when you visit yuzunamiko.com (the “Site”), how it is used, and what choices you have. The Site is run by Yuzuna Miko (“I”, “me”). I keep things simple: there are no user accounts, I don’t run advertising networks on the Site, and I don’t sell your personal information.

1. Who is responsible for your data

I am the person responsible for the personal information described here. You can reach me any time through the Contact page, including to ask questions about this policy or to use your rights (see section 8).

2. What information the Site collects

Information you give me:

Information collected automatically:

I do not ask for payment details, government IDs or any sensitive personal information. Purchases happen on other websites, not here.

3. How I use your information

4. Who receives your information

I currently keep newsletter subscribers in a Google Sheet. If I start using an email service to send newsletters, I will update this policy. I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it for advertising purposes. I may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

6. Content loaded from other servers

To display fonts, icons and similar resources, your browser connects directly to servers run by Google and GitHub. When that happens, those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information, as with any request on the internet. Please see their privacy policies for details.

7. How long I keep information

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask me for access to the personal information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. These rights come from laws such as the EU and UK GDPR, California’s privacy law (CCPA/CPRA) and Algeria’s Law 18-07. California residents can also be sure that I do not sell or share their personal information.

To use any of these rights, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter, contact me through the Contact page. I aim to respond within 30 days.

9. International transfers

Google, Cloudflare and GitHub operate in many countries, including the United States, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. These providers describe the safeguards they use, such as standard contractual clauses, in their own policies.

10. Children

The Site is meant for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. I do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the newsletter, contact or suggestion forms. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, contact me and I will delete it.

11. Security

I limit access to the Google Sheets that hold form submissions to myself and take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of storing or transmitting data is completely secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

If my practices change, for example if I add a new analytics tool or newsletter service, I will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above.

13. Contact
